UnprovenNot explained, but no evidence it is alien either. Usually too little data.

The claim
"An object rotates against the wind in a way no aircraft can."
Where the idea comes from
Another of the three Navy videos; aircrew can be heard saying there is "a whole fleet" on radar.
What the evidence shows
- The infrared image shows a fuzzy shape that appears to rotate while the horizon stays level.
- Analysts including Mick West argue the rotation is the glare of a hot engine turning as the camera's gimbal mechanism rotates to track it, and that the object is a distant jet.
- Others, including some former Navy aviators, dispute this and point to the reported radar "fleet".
- The full sensor data, which would settle the geometry, has not been released.
What is still open
A strong ordinary explanation exists for the video itself, but the radar context is unverified.
Our verdict
Unproven Plausibly a camera artefact, not settled.
